  • Is your Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    We do not recommend it. The herbs in the AM and the PM formulas may not be appropriate for all pregnant or breastfeeding women. For these life phases, we recommend you use our Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM, which is formulated to include 100% or more of the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals needed by nursing women, which is even higher than pregnancy. However, can always consult your healthcare provider to find out if the Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin would be a good choice for you and your baby.

  • Can I take other supplements at the same time as the Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin?

    Our Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin is safe to take with most other supplements. However, you should check the labels to be sure any desired combinations won't provide you with dangerously high amounts of any vitamins/minerals. Also, you should check with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your routine, even a multivitamin.

  • How many capsules of Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin should I take each day?

    Our recommended serving is 3 capsules of the AM blend and 3 capsules of the PM blend, but some of our customers use less than this. If you follow a nutritious diet and don't feel the need to take all six capsules, you can reduce your intake accordingly. Just note that each capsule provides approximately 1/3 of the amount shown on the supplement facts panel for its respective blend (AM or PM).

  • Is your Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens?

    Our Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin contains no animal products, gluten, soy, or nuts. The only ingredients are vitamins, minerals, botanicals (as listed on the supplement facts panel), plant-based capsules made of methylcellulose, and a tiny bit of rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate, & silicon dioxide to help with encapsulation. (You can learn more about the ingredients in the ingredients section of the product page.) However, our products are made in a facility that also processes common food allergens.

  • Why does your Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin smell?

    Several of the raw ingredients in our AM and PM blends are naturally pretty smelly. The DHA powder and choline are the main culprits in most smelly supplements. DHA can smell a bit fishy sometimes and choline naturally has a sulphury/fishy smell. We could add extra chemicals to mask these smells, but we want to keep our products as clean and natural as possible.

  • Is your Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin good for men too?

    Yes! All of the vitamins, minerals, and herbs in our Women's Daily AM/PM Multivitamin, while not specifically designed for men, are still very healthy and helpful.
