Suggested Use

    Yes, our Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic is safe for most pregnant and nursing women and their babies. However, you should always check with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your routine, especially when nursing or pregnant.

  • Why isn't your Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic vegan?

    At Wholesome Story, we strive to avoid animal products in our blends, unless the addition of an animal product significantly improves the quality and effectiveness of the blend in a way that vegan alternatives can't. In this case, we determined that the benefits of the Totipro postbiotic blend (which was cultured with cow's milk) were significantly superior to the vegan alternative. However, we've chosen to use vegan, delayed-release capsules to keep this product vegetarian.

  • Can I take other supplements at the same time as Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic?

    Our Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic is safe to take with most other supplements. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding any new supplements to your routine.

  • Is there a limit on how long I should use the Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic?

    While there are exceptions, probiotics and postbiotics are generally safe to be taken daily, since they are part of a healthy diet. You can consult your healthcare provider for advice on how long you can take them in your individual case, but generally there is no time limit.

  • Is your Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens?

    Our Women's Probiotic & Postbiotic contains no gluten, soy, or nuts. However, the postbiotics were fed cow's milk while they were being cultured, so the product contains cow's milk derivatives. We'd also like to note that our products are made in a facility that also processes common food allergens.
