  • Is your Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM safe to take while nursing/breastfeeding?

    Yes! We actually formulated it to include 100% or more of the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals needed by nursing women, which is even higher than pregnancy. However, you should always consult your healthcare provider before introducing any new supplement to make sure it's a good choice for your individual situation, especially when nursing or pregnant.

  • Can I take other supplements at the same time as the Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM?

    Our Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM is safe to take with most other supplements. However, you should check the labels to be sure any desired combinations won't provide you with dangerously high amounts of any vitamins/minerals. Also, you should check with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your routine, even a multivitamin.

  • How many capsules of Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM should I take each day?

    Our recommended serving is 3 capsules of the AM blend and 3 capsules of the PM blend, but some of our customers use less than this. If you follow a nutritious diet and don't feel the need to take all six capsules, you can reduce your intake accordingly. Just note that each capsule provides approximately 1/3 of the amount shown on the supplement facts panel for its respective blend (AM or PM).

  • Is your Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens?

    Our Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM contains no animal products, gluten, soy, or nuts. The only ingredients are vitamins, minerals, botanicals (as listed on the supplement facts panel), plant-based capsules made of methylcellulose, and a tiny bit of rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate, & silicon dioxide to help with encapsulation.   • Why does your Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM smell?

    Several of the raw ingredients in our AM and PM blends are naturally pretty smelly. The DHA powder and choline are the main culprits in most smelly supplements. DHA can smell a bit fishy sometimes and choline naturally has a sulphury/fishy smell. We could add extra chemicals to mask these smells, but we want to keep our products as clean and natural as possible.

  • Is your Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM good for men too?

    Yes! All of the vitamins, minerals, and herbs in our Prenatal & Postnatal AM/PM, while not specifically designed for men, are still very healthy and helpful.
